🥪 Creamy Egg Sandwich Spread with Mayonnaise
✅ Ingredients (for 2–3 sandwiches):

4 hard-boiled eggs

3 tbsp mayonnaise (adjust to taste)

1 tsp mustard (optional, for a little tang)

Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

1 tbsp finely chopped onions or scallions (optional)

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or chives (optional)

Boil the eggs

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water.

Bring to a boil, then simmer for 9–10 minutes.

Transfer to cold water, peel once cool.
