🥛 Easy Milk Balls (Pedas)
Ingredients:

1 cup milk powder -
½ cup sweetened condensed milk

2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter) or unsalted butter

Optional: Cardamom powder, chopped pistachios or almonds for garnish
Instructions:

Heat ghee in a non-stick pan on low heat.

Add milk powder and condensed milk to the pan.

Mix well and cook on low flame, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

Add a pinch of cardamom powder (optional).

Stir and cook for 5–7 minutes until the mixture leaves the sides and forms a soft dough.

Let it cool slightly (until touchable but still warm).

Grease your hands and roll into small balls.

Press lightly to flatten if desired, and garnish with chopped nuts
