Easy sweets milk balls

 

🥛 Easy Milk Balls (Pedas)

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup milk powder

  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter) or unsalted butter

  • Optional: Cardamom powder, chopped pistachios or almonds for garnish


Instructions:

  1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan on low heat.

  2. Add milk powder and condensed milk to the pan.

  3. Mix well and cook on low flame, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

  4. Add a pinch of cardamom powder (optional).

  5. Stir and cook for 5–7 minutes until the mixture leaves the sides and forms a soft dough.

  6. Let it cool slightly (until touchable but still warm).

  7. Grease your hands and roll into small balls.

  8. Press lightly to flatten if desired, and garnish with chopped nuts
